Cochran recaps his visit to Arizona

OL Aaron Cochran

Atwater (Calif.) Buhach Colony offensive lineman Aaron Cochran took an official visit this past weekend to Arizona. The big lineman has already checked out Oklahoma and Nebraska.

Arizona has emerged recently as a player for tackle Aaron Cochran and the lineman said he enjoyed his visit to Tucson last weekend.

"I liked it very much," Cochran said. "The campus was really nice and I liked the city of Tucson a lot as well. There is a lot to do there and it's all close to each other. Fabbians Ebbele was my host and he was real cool. I clicked well with all the players and got along great with everyone.

"The coaches were great with me as well. Coach Kirelawich is my primary recruiter and I spent a lot of time with Coach Anae, the OL coach as well. Overall, I really enjoyed the visit and I like Arizona a lot. I'm very comfortable with that program and I can definitely see myself playing there for the next four or five years."

Cochran said he still plans to take his last two official visits and one more unofficial visit as well.

"I'm going back to Oklahoma in January," Cochran said. "I'm taking my mom with me this time. The first time I visited, my dad came but my mom wasn't able to make it. That was a great visit so I want her to come and check it out.

"I know I want to visit Washington and I'm still not sure about that last trip. My dad said Washington wants to come in for a home visit but I don't have an exact date lined up yet. I may still visit California but I'm not sure. I've been there a ton of times to see my brother so like I said, I'm keeping that last one open for now."
