Like his fellow high school teammate Savion Simms, Page also made his Passing Down debut. Page, however, played as if he’s been to five Passing Down tournaments, with snatching three interceptions on the day and providing Team Those Guys with a physical cover corner outside. Page also showed versatility by playing safety. He even showed leadership by calling defensive plays plus showing different coverage techniques to his fellow teammates at Livermore. At a school that produced Oklahoma commits Hatari Byrd and former Passing Down alum L.J. Moore, Page made an early case that he’s next in line in Central’s loaded secondary with his Defensive MVP performance in Livermore.

Lester Williams

Cornerback, Stockton (Calif.) Stagg
The Passing Down Elite 7-on-7 Challenge NorCal overall MVP dominated as a receiver but gets the nod on defense too because he was just as valuable on that side of the ball for the NorCal champs. Williams frustrated teams with his speed and playmaking skills. He also may have enhanced his stock by picking off Vanderbilt commit K.J. Carta-Samuels and taking the football back for the pick six in the championship game.
