memory? Harris: Game winning

What are your goals for the upcoming season? Harris: Train hard, play hard, become a
better player, make my team better.
CR: What aspect of your game have you
really worked hard to improve? What area would you like to keep improving
on? Harris: My outside
shot, my ability to create my own shot
CR: Who are some of your teammates that
people need to watch out for? Harris: Josh James, good
shooter.
CR: Name one
teammate you really respect and why? Harris: Josh James. He’s came a long
way with hard work.
CR: What
are your goals regarding playing basketball in college? Harris: Keep working hard, improve my
game, be a team player and making my team successful.
CR: Would you consider staying in state
to play in college? Harris:
Yes
CR: What would your top 5
college choices be? Do you have any offers yet? Harris: I’m open right now; if possible
I would like to stay on the west coast like California or
Arizona. I have had a lot of
correspondence, but no offers.
CR: Who is the best player you ever
played against? Why? Harris:
Jerryd Bayless, he’s athletic,
focused, and has a skill level well above average.
CR: Name one opponent who you really
respect and why? Harris:
Harper Kamp, he’s a hard working
and talented ball player who respects other players on and off the
court.
CR: How do you think
your coach would describe you as a player? Harris: Hard working, athletic
player who has good knowledge of the game of basketball, a smart team
leader who plays hard on both ends of the court and is committed to improving
himself and his team.
CR:
What are your strengths and weaknesses as a player? Harris: I’m a strong athletic player
with the ability to make my own shot or take it strong to the basket and I play
very aggressive defense. I need to be more consistent at 3 point
range
CR: Who is your
favorite athlete and why? Harris:
Michael Jordan. He worked hard and made his team mates better.
CR: What is the best piece of advice
you have ever received? Harris: Take advantage of every
practice, train hard, play hard, stay focused, believe in yourself, and keep
your head up.
CR: Tell us
what can we expect from your team this season? Harris: We are going to play hard every
game, play together as a team and play to win.
CR: What position do you think you
will play in college? Harris: Shooting guard.
CR: What can a college program expect
from you as a player? Harris: I will train hard, play hard,
and continue to be an unselfish team player; I will contribute every day and
represent myself and the school in a positive manner.
CR: What will the main factors be when
you choose a school? Harris:
Good academics, solid basketball program. Staying on the west coast
would be a plus.
