In its first year of existence, GoldenStatePreps.com presents its Super All-State Underclass team.

Here is a look at the California Super All-State Underclass Football Team for 2007:

The state Junior of the Year has also been named the National Player of the Year and National Junior of the Year.  And he's probably not done receiving honors over the next few years: Mater Dei of Santa Ana quarterback Matt Barkley.

Barkley passed for 3,560 yards and 35 touchdowns.  He helped the Monarchs to a share of the Trinity League title.  And from a recruiting standpoint, just about every major program in the country would like him to sign with them in a year.
