| As a 2007 senior at Poway (Calif.) HS, Cervantes was named First Team all-Palomar League, First Team all-North County and First Team all-CIF as he helped lead Poway to the CIF San Diego Section championship.
During 2006 junior season, Cervantes had 47 tackles, nine sacks and blocked a field goal. |
