Biography:
As a senior at Sacramento (Calif.) Capital Christian, Hagan threw for 2,745 yards passing giving him 6,854 career passing yards. Set the CIF-Sac-Joaquin section record for career yards (28th in state history). Threw 29 touchdown passes and had 12 rushing touchdowns. His 41 total touchdowns led the Sac-Joaquin Section and was third in California. Rushed for 334 yards. Had a 65% completion rate, tops in Sacramento and had a QB rating of 125 which led the Sac-Joaquin Section and top five in the state. Led Capital Christian to a 9-3 record and a first-ever berth in the section title game. Threw the game-winning touchdown pass to win the section semifinals in the final moments of the game against Golden Sierra. Also threw for 327 yards and 4 TD's in a big regular season league road win at Lindhurst, the eventual section champion. Was named the 2007 Golden Empire League Offensive MVP for the second year in a row.

As a junior, passed for 2,407 yards and threw 19 touchdown passes (240.7 yards a game), and rushed for 372 yards and 10 touchdowns. Was named all-League MVP and earned all-City honors. As a sophomore, he threw for 1,720 yards and 16 touchdowns.
