| Hamilton-Haywood is very good in coverage and tackles well. He's got good hips and reads the plays excellently. Needs to add some weight and if he does, could play safety in college because of how well he hits. Has a lot of upside. |
| Biography: |
| As a 2007 senior, played running back and receiver and had over 1,100 all-purpose yards with seven touchdowns. Defensively, had 80 tackles, five deflections and three sacks, plus two forced fumbles, playing safety and cornerback. Led his team in rushing,receiving, scoring and tackles. Was named to all-league First Team, was a second team all-City & honorable mention all-section. Had 16 tackles against Burbank, 247 all-purpose yards and two TD's and 10 tackles against Nevada Union, 113 yards rushing, 70 yards receiving and three touchdowns against Florin.
In 2006, was a Second Team all-league selection with 70 tackles and five sacks. Also averaged 7.0 yards per carry running back. |
