| As a junior for Murrieta (Calif.) Murrieta Valley, was 138-for-236 for 2,080 yards and 17 touchdowns, while rushing for 572 yards on 140 attempts for 14 touchdowns. In a playoff game against Redlands East Valley was 21-of-31 passes for 367 yards and three touchdowns, while rushing for 191 yards on 29 attempts for four touchdowns.
Was named team MVP as a junior and freshman and was an all-league pick in 2007.
