| As a 2008 junior at Fontana (Calif.) Kaiser, Josh Shirley had 88 tackles (35 assisted), 17 sacks, 12 knocked-down passes and three forced fumbles. Was named First Team All-State Underclass by GoldenStatePreps.com and Third Team All-State (all classes), one of only ten underclassmen selected.

Shirley reports a 3.3 core GPA and 1250 three-part SAT.
Shirley: “I’m very quick and have a great motor. I have a lot of energy and have good skills at linebacker. I can get to the quarterback and am very intense. I never give up.
“I’m working on bulking up a bit more. I want to go up against the bigger lineman better and be able to handle them.”
